Process Week 2

We are starting on our second week of this documentary. I will not be able to be present at the clubs meetings due to a personal conflict. Since I will be gone for a majority of the shooting process we did a quick interview so I could get behind the camera. We did this interview in a stairwell during the day. We did not have a bipod at the time so the camera is a bit shaky. The material in the interview is decent and we might use some on the footage in the actual documentary. Although I will not be present, the group is going to go to the club meeting that is this Sunday. I am supremely confident that the members in my group will get results. I may be able to be present at the end of the meeting if I get back in time. At this meeting our group is going to interview several people who all hold different titles in the club. We are going to get footage of the actual club meeting so we can understand how the group functions without us interfering. We want this to be unscripted so no one feels pressured. Hopefully this will lead to the natural language that the group uses so we can get the best results. I will have more to talk about once we actually shoot footage; all we are doing now is planning and trying to get everyone together. As of now the group is working together well and we are on track to finish on time.
